Whatever Will Be, Will Be Doris Day
August 5, 1956, Doris Day was at No.1 on the UK singles chart with 'Whatever Will Be Will Be', the singer actress' second UK No.1 single. The Oscar-winning song was featured in Alfred Hitchcock's 1956 film, The Man Who Knew Too Much, with Doris Day and James Stewart in the lead roles.

I love this song. My Grandma (also named Doris) used to sing it to me as a kid. Used to love it for what promise it held, now love it (and cry) for the memories it brings. Good movie too.
