Mike Scaccia, guitarist for long-running metal act Ministry, died at the age of 47 on Saturday night December 22, 2012.
The guitarist collapsed onstage in the middle of a solo at Rail Club in Fort Worth, Texas. He was pronounced dead a short time later. The cause of death is presumed to be from a strobe light-induced seizure. MORE HERE & HERE
