Stones App : Apple In, Android Out

The Rolling Stones have launched their first-ever app to keep fans up to date on the band's upcoming 50th-anniversary shows. The app features a wide array of photos and videos from throughout the band's career, while also offering never-before-seen interviews and performances that can be unlocked or paid for.

Developed with input from Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood, the app will also allow fans to vote for a favorite track to be played at one of the group's upcoming gigs. For now, the free app is available exclusively for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
