The fine folks over at KDOC, an independent television station based in Orange County, California, decided to try their hand at broadcasting a live New Year’s bash.

Hosted by a disheveled Jamie Kennedy and featuring actress Shannon Elizabeth, this hot mess live broadcast views like a parody of a parody of a parody of patently bad television.

Macy Gray dropped by to give what seems like a completely stoned performance of that song that won her a Grammy 12 years ago. MORE HERE
