Music Rising, the group founded by U2's The Edge, Gibson Guitar CEO Henry Juszkiewicz and producer Bob Ezrin that provided instruments to musicians, schools and community organizations, as well as financial support, in the aftermath of Katrina, has turned its attention to areas affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Music Rising's initial action, a $250,000 donation announced today, will be used to help restore school music programs across regions in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut affected by Sandy. MORE HERE
