Tom Waits still hasn't announced any new tour dates, but his cameo appearance on "The Simpsons" will arrive Sunday January 6, 2013 (8PM EST/PST) on FOX TV.
In the episode, Homer Simpson joins the "Springfield Preppers," an off-the-grid survivalist group whose leader (guest voice Tom Waits) has set up a top-secret retreat outside of town to prepare for the end of the world.
