There’s a huge David Bowie exhibition about to open at the V&A – and the book that accompanies it is already available to order. It is called David Bowie Is.
The first international Bowie retrospective runs from 23 March to 28 July, charting Bowie’s lift and career courtesy of unprecedented access to the David Bowie Archive.
The book is listed as a ‘deluxe’ publication in hardback and covering 288 pages, tracing Bowie’s career from its beginnings in London, through the breakthroughs of Space Oddity and Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, and on to his impact on the larger international tradition of twentieth-century avant-garde art.
