Bottlerock Rocks Day One

The inaugural BottleRock Napa Valley music festival is a major achievement for the relatively sleepy town north of San Francisco, best known as a wine and food destination. Rather than develop a one- or two-day event for their first year, they opted to go all-out and bring in major acts spread over five days. May 9, 2013 was the opening day and featured performances by The Avett Brothers, The Black Crowes (above), Violent Femmes and Primus. MORE HERE
