A Stones Crow In Chicago
The Rolling Stones have made guest spots the focal point of their 50 and Counting Tour with sit-ins from the likes of Taj Mahal, Bonnie Raitt, John Fogerty, Gwen Stefani, Dave Grohl, Carrie Underwood and Tom Waits taking place at previous shows, along with nightly appearances from the tour's special guest Mick Taylor. Friday night May 31, 2013 at the United Center in Chicago, the band continued that trend by bringing out old friend Sheryl Crow.
Crow emerged seven songs into The Rolling Stones' set for a take on the Exile On Main Street gem "All Down The Line."
Friday night's show also saw the second performance of "Can't You Hear Me Knockin'" of the tour featuring former guitarist Mick Taylor. Taylor also performed on on "Midnight Rambler" and "(I Can't Go No) Satisfaction" as has become tradition on the tour. Also of note, The Rolling Stones dusted off Exile track "Shine A Light" for the first time since August 23, 2007. source
