Award-winning musician PJ Harvey is among those to be recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours list.
The 43-year-old singer from Dorchester, the only artist to have won the Mercury Prize twice, has been appointed an MBE – member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire – for services to music, along with Grammy-winning singer Adele.
A total of 1,180 people are named on the Birthday Honours list, which included Blackadder co-stars Tony Robinson, who was knighted, and Rowan Atkinson who becomes a CBE. MORE HERE
