After 22 years apart, Minnesota's The Replacements are reuniting this summer for, as of now, three dates.
Last October (2012), there was a reunion of sorts when members Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson recorded an EP of covers with proceeds going to fellow member Slim Dunlap who had suffered a debilitating stroke. At that time, there was no indication that any further reunion activities would take place.
On Wednesday June 12, 2013, it was announced that Westerberg and Stinson will be playing three Riot Fests, Toronto on August 24, Chicago the weekend of September 13 to 15 and Denver the weekend of September 21 and 22, 2013. GO HERE
