Neil Young And Crazy Horse regretfully announce that in addition to canceling the remaining dates on their European tour, they must also cancel their upcoming U.S. tour dates due to a hand injury sustained by guitarist Frank 'Poncho' Sampredo, whose doctor has indicated that Sampredo's hand requires additional time to heal properly. source
