Pirates Canoe Discovered

Pirates Canoe, a Japanese folky bluegrass band, transports us to the sixties in “Guitar Blue.” A vintage filter washes over scenes of the band members spinning up a concoction of spiraled, simplistic guitar chords, light-as-air drum taps and honey-dipper harmonies.

The song is from the band's first album released in 2011. We just discovered them...surely, we'll delve into more of their library.
