Cuban born Celia Cruz was honored with a Google Doodle on Monday, October 21, 2013. Cruz is often referred to as 'la Reina de Salsa', or 'the Queen of Salsa.
Cruz, who died in 2003 at age 77, was considered one of the most popular salsa artists of the last century and netted nearly two-dozen gold albums. MORE HERE
