On Thursday January 30, 2014 CNN will premier a special presentation of, "THE SIXTIES: The British Invasion " as part of a 10-episode series of THE SIXTIES.
Episodes will air again when the full 10-part series of "THE SIXTIES" begins in MAY of 2014 focusing on the cultural impact that technology, drugs, music, "free love," and civil rights had on an entire generation.
The series coincides with the 50-year anniversary of The Beatles historical appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show on February 9, 1964 launching a revolution in fashion, hairstyles, advertising, politics, and sexual mores that have influenced virtually every aspect of modern American life.
