BUT...Jimmy Fallon kicked off his final episode of ‘Late Night’ with a performance of ‘On A Night Like This’ with none other than Louisiana's own Buckwheat Zydeco (above).

Backed by the legendary Roots, they performed Buckwheat Zydeco’s hit – fitting for Fallon’s last night on ‘Late Night’ before he takes over for Jay Leno on ‘The Tonight Show.’
