The Cure's Curfew
The curfew clock struck 10 p.m. in Napa, California and the power to BottleRock's main stage was abruptly cut off.
That didn't stop Friday (May 30, 2014) night's headliners, the Cure, from continuing to play their encore. Nor did it stop the audience, after the microphones and guitar amps fell silent, from singing loudly in unison, in place of iconic frontman Robert Smith's amplified voice.
The band had already played for two-and-a-half hours, and the crowd still wanted more. MORE HERE
